Glen Robin Farmstay is a working beef cattle property just near Stanthorpe south west of Brisbane.The owners, Lois and Peter, are friendly and hospitable,and the cottage is fully self contained and very comfortable.

Breakfast provisions for your first morning include juice, yoghurt, cereals, toast, milk, and more. The beds are comfortable, and there are plenty of logs for the fireplace. There is a double bedroom, another double bedroom and a third bedroom has a double bed and two twin beds. The kitchen is very well equipped.

What to do there? Well, you can’t take your dogs to the wineries or the national parks, but there are 500 acres of farm to explore. You can take your dog walking for hours, and reach the NSW border. The owners are fine with you walking wherever you like, but have respect for the livestock and leave all gates as you found them.

Dogs are welcome inside and outside, the yard is fenced but there is a small area where little dogs could perhaps get through.
